It is used to measure the Melt Flow Rate (MFR) value of various plastics and resins in the viscous flow state. This value represents the amount of melt that passes through a standard die within every 10 minutes under a specific temperature and load. It is applicable to engineering plastics with high melting temperatures, such as polycarbonate, polyarylsulfone, fluoroplastics, nylon, etc. It is also suitable for the testing of plastics with lower melting temperatures, including polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, polyoxymethylene (POM), polycarbonate (PC) resin, etc. It is widely applied in industries like plastic production, plastic products, petrochemicals, as well as relevant universities, research institutions and commodity inspection departments.

6.The insulation barrel is made of full SUS304 stainless steel, which will not rust even under long-term high temperatures.
