The integrated nitrogen, hydrogen and air (gas generator) unit is a compact combined instrument integrating a nitrogen generator, a hydrogen generator and an air generator. It has a compact structure and is easy to operate. It is equipped with multiple levels of protection devices and is suitable for providing stable, high-quality and safe gases for gas chromatographs.
Gases are generated through the electrolysis of potassium hydroxide.
1.Stainless steel gas storage tank and four stainless steel filters, with trace oxygen scavengers inside, ensuring high gas purity.
2.Silicone rubber sealing rings are used, with low sulfur content, having no impact on the detector.
3.Compact structure, convenient to use, fully automatic operation, safe and reliable, applicable to gas chromatographs of any model produced by any manufacturer.
4.Nitrogen part: automatic anti-alkali backflow, and automatic flow tracking.
5.Hydrogen part: automatic anti-alkali backflow, and automatic flow tracking.
6.Air part: high-precision voltage stabilization, automatic water drainage, and complete protection measures.
